YMSのVISAから切り替え、Extended Studen[地域、旅行、お出かけ|海外|ビザ]YMSのVISAから切り替え、Extended Student Visitor Visaを取得したいと思っております。一度、申請した際に、拒否の結果を頂きました。今までに再申請に成功された方はいらっしゃいますか？アイディアをください。 結果は以下の通りでした。 The Decision You currently hold a Youth Mobility Scheme visa valid since 07/05/12.You entered the UK on 13 May 2012 and according to the evidence you have presented with your application and statements made in your application form you have studied English at Frances King School of English since then.You state you have been studying a General English course.Your YMS visa is about to expire and are now proposing to return to the UK to study English for a further 11months. You are now proposing to study with Mayfair School of English and will again be studing a General English course.You have provided no evidence as to how this course will be progression from your previous course or why you need to study a further General English course having spent the last 2 years living in the UK.You have provided no evidence of any proposed future studies which would require you to obtain an increased understanding of English and no evidence of offers of work or employment requiring English which you intend to undertake upon your return to Japan.I appreciate that exposure to language accelerates learning,but the course on which you are enrolled does not appear to lead to a recognised qualification (such as IELTS) that would be of consequence when seeking employment or further education.Taking into account that you have already spent 2years in the UK as well as that you have already studied a course at the level you are now proposing to study I do not consider the potential benefits of attending this course to be consistent with the proposed expenditures and stated intentions.As a consequence I cannot be satisfied that this course is the sole motive for your journey.In light of this and the points raised above I am not satisfied that you are a genuine student.Given these course,I am not satisfied as to your reasons for traveling to the UK or intention to leave at the end of your studies as cleamed as required by paragraph 56(iii) of the immigration Rules.Please circle your answer.
