ほんとうに、そうなのでしょうか？ほんとうに、場数を踏めば、治るんでしょうか？言ってる人は、何も考えずに「いつか聞いたことを、なんとなくかっこつけて人に言ってるだけで、自分では全く確かめていない」のではないのでしょうか？ネットにある緊張の改善方法でも、似たようなものばかり。
あれで効果があるのなら、世の中にあがり症なんていなんじゃないんですか？なんか、根本的なとこ見落としてるんじゃないですか？はじめまして。
