WASHINGTON (ABC7) — A Winter Weather Advisory that is expected to include freezing rain and ice is causing government and school delays along with some school closings Wednesday.
The Federal Government is operating on a two-hour delay and schools in Loudoun and Fairfax counties in Virginia and Washington County in Maryland are now closed.
In Maryland, schools in Prince George’s, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Howard and Frederick counties are all on a two-hour delay.
Another morning with potentially icy travel conditions Wednesday, Feb. 7, has some schools closing or delaying operations.
